The main ingredient of all our products is leather and we use only top grain leather.
Motorcycle product are manufactured with Kangaroo leather or cowhide
Fashion Leathers are made with Lambskin, Goat or Cowhide.
The details and specification of the leathers are as follows
KANGAROO LEATHER
A lightweight material with excellent strength. First choice of professional riders for its durability and abrasion resistance.
With a thickness of 0.8 to 1.0mm, its drum dyed selected top grain leather.
- Tearing Strength > 25 N
- Cr (III), Cr (VI) < 3 PPM
- AZO Dyes < 20 PPM
- Formaldehyde < 75 PPM
MONACO TREATED LEATHER
Monaco is a special treatment / process that make leather more strong and better abrasion resistant. Mostly trusted by professional and amateur riders for on and off track races.
Selected top grain, drum dyed, with thickness from 1.2 to 1.3mm
- Increase in Tearing Strength by 5 N
- Cr (III), Cr (VI) < 3 PPM
- AZO Dyes < 20 PPM
- Formaldehyde < 75 PPM
COWHIDE LEATHER
Its tough, durable and abrasion resistance. Mostly trusted by professional and amateur riders for on and off track races.
Selected top grain, drum dyed, with thickness from 1.2 to 1.3mm
- Tearing Strength > 9 N
- Cr (III), Cr (VI) < 3 PPM
- AZO Dyes < 20 PPM
- Formaldehyde < 75 PPM
LAMBSKIN
It has beautiful grain, more flexible and lightweight but still sturdy and durable. It gives an excellent balance of comfort, style, and strength.
The leather is soft enough, often described as 'butterfly' feel.
