How can I know the status of my order? Follow
For registered Customer
You can easily check the status of your order by following these steps:

Log in to your account
- Visit our website and log in using your email and password.

Go to the "My Orders" section
- Once logged in, click on the "My Orders" or "Order History" tab in your account dashboard.

View your order details
- Locate your recent order in the list. Click on the order number to see the current status and tracking information.

Check your email
- After placing an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. Updates about your order, including shipping details, will also be sent to your email.

Track your shipment
- If your order has shipped, use the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email to follow its progress.
If you don’t have an account or need further assistance, contact our support team with your order number. We’ll provide an update right away!
For non-registered Customer
- Go to the page Orders and Returns
- Fill the form with your Order ID, Billing Last Name, Find Order By, and Email/Zip Code.
- Continue to see your order details.
In case you did not find your order in the list or have any other issue, please open a support ticket or write to support@leathercollection.com with complete details of the issue.
