What to do If I get a defective items? Follow
We try our best to make sure the flawless, defect-less products. But in any unfortunate case, if you find some default or defect in our product, immediately;
- Take photos of the defect / defected area and open a ticket or email to support@leathercollection.com
- Please mention you name, order number & email address that was used to place order.
- Our sales team will reach back to you within the 48 working hours and provide all the help.
- We will provide an address. While shipping, please try to make sure that you use a trusted and registered courier service. This is for you own security.
Note: You have to return the defective product within the 7 days after the delivery.
