What to do If I get a defective items?

We try our best to make sure the flawless, defect-less products. But in any unfortunate case, if you find some default or defect in our product, immediately;

  1. Take photos of the defect / defected area and open a ticket or email to [email protected]
  2. Please mention you name, order number & email address that was used to place order.
  3. Our sales team will reach back to you within the 48 working hours and provide all the help.
  4. We will provide an address. While shipping, please try to make sure that you use a trusted and registered courier service. This is for you own security.

 

Note: You have to return the defective product within the 7 days after the delivery.
