How do I return the item that does not satisfy me?

We apply strenuous efforts to ensure that our customer's heart is filled with satisfaction for our products. But in any unfortunate case, if you find some dissatisfaction, you can follow the steps for the return

  1. Get an approval from our Return/Replacement team by simply mailing at support@leathercollection.com. Our team will verify the eligibility for the Return/Replacement.
  2. Take snapshots of the unsatisfactory area.
  3. Please mention you name, order number & email address that was used to place order.
  4. Our sales team will reach back to you within the 48 working hours and provide all the help.
  5. We will provide an address. While shipping, please try to make sure that you use a trusted and registered courier service. This is for you own security.
