How to see my tickets?

 

 

If you are a registered user on website

1. Login to your account, from user menu at the top right corner of website.
2. Go to "My Tickets" in user menu.
3. You can see all of your tickets and their status. Click on the required ticket to see ticket details.

 

 

If you are not a registered user

1. You can go to the link below:https://leathercollection.zendesk.com/
2. On the page you can create an account, or login with an existing account.
3. You can Facebook, Google, Twitter and Microsoft accounts to login as well.
